We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, business name) and data from connected Google Business Profile accounts (reviews, location data, OAuth tokens).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the review management service, generate AI replies, and send email notifications. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Google API Data

Replily uses Google Business Profile APIs to read your reviews and post replies on your behalf. We store OAuth tokens securely and only access data necessary to provide the service. Our use of Google APIs complies with Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for secure database storage with row-level security policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@replily.ai.
