Connect your Google Business Profile in one click. Replily automatically reads every new review and generates a personalised AI reply. You either approve and publish in one click, or enable auto-publish to let Replily handle everything hands-free.
Which platforms does Replily support?+
Starter plan supports Google Business Profile. Pro and Agency plans additionally support Facebook Reviews. More platforms coming soon.
How do I connect my Google Business Profile?+
After signing up, go to Dashboard → Connect Google. You will be redirected to Google to authorise access. Once connected, Replily will sync your reviews automatically every 30 minutes.
What is Manual Approve vs Auto Publish mode?+
In Manual mode, every AI reply sits in your dashboard waiting for your approval before it goes live. In Auto Publish mode, AI replies are posted to Google immediately when a new review comes in. You can switch modes anytime from your dashboard settings.
Can I edit the AI reply before publishing?+
Yes. Every AI-generated reply is fully editable before you publish. Click on any review in your dashboard to expand it, edit the reply text, and then publish.
How do I change my reply tone?+
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Reply Tone. You can choose between Professional, Friendly, and Casual. The change applies to all new replies generated after saving.
Will I be notified of negative reviews?+
Yes. Replily sends an email alert to your registered email address whenever a 1 or 2-star review is received. You can also see all negative reviews filtered in your dashboard.
How often does Replily sync reviews from Google?+
Replily syncs your Google reviews every 30 minutes automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Connect Google page.
How many locations can I manage?+
Starter plan: 1 location. Pro plan: up to 5 locations. Agency plan: unlimited locations. Each Google Business Profile location counts as one location.
How many AI replies do I get per month?+
Starter: 50 replies/month. Pro: 300 replies/month. Agency: unlimited. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade your plan anytime from the Billing page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Is my Google account data secure?+
Yes. Replily uses Google OAuth 2.0 — we never store your Google password. OAuth tokens are encrypted in our database. We only access review data and the ability to post replies on your behalf.
What happens after my free trial ends?+
After your 30-day free trial, you will be prompted to choose a plan. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused and no new reviews will be synced. Your data is retained for 30 days.
