Complete guide to using Replily.ai — from signup to publishing your first AI reply.
Go to replily.ai/signup. Enter your business name, email address, and password. Click "Start Free Trial". You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your email address.
After confirming your email, you will be taken to the onboarding page. Enter your business name, select your preferred reply tone (Professional, Friendly, or Casual), and choose your reply mode (Manual Approve or Auto Publish). Click "Continue to Dashboard".
Your dashboard shows 4 key metrics at the top: Total Reviews, Average Rating, Pending Replies, and Published replies. Below that is your review list with filters for All, Pending, Negative, and Published reviews.
From your dashboard, click the "+ Connect Google" button in the top right. You will be redirected to Google's authorisation page.
Sign in with the Google account that owns your Google Business Profile. Click "Allow" to grant Replily permission to read your reviews and post replies. You will be redirected back to Replily.
Once connected, Replily immediately syncs your existing reviews. This may take up to 2 minutes for accounts with many reviews. After the initial sync, new reviews are checked every 30 minutes automatically.
If your Google account manages multiple business locations, all locations will be synced based on your plan limits. Starter: 1 location. Pro: 5 locations. Agency: unlimited.
All your reviews appear in the dashboard sorted by most recent. Each review shows the reviewer name, star rating, review text, date, and reply status (Pending or Published). Red-bordered cards are negative reviews (1-2 stars) that need attention.
Click on any review card to expand it. If no reply has been generated yet, click "✨ Generate AI Reply". Replily will generate a personalised reply based on the review content and your chosen tone. This takes 2-3 seconds.
The generated reply appears in an editable text box. You can modify any part of the reply before publishing. Click "↺ Regenerate" to generate a completely new reply if you are not satisfied with the first one.
Click "Publish Reply →" to post the reply directly to Google. The reply will appear on your Google Business Profile within a few minutes. Once published, the card shows a green "Published" badge.
Use the filter tabs to view: All reviews, Pending replies only, Negative reviews only (1-2 stars), or Published replies. This helps you prioritise which reviews need attention.
All new accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access to Starter plan features. No credit card required to start.
Go to Dashboard → Billing to view all plans and upgrade. Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Agency". You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your plan upgrades immediately.
Starter ($28/mo): 1 location, 50 AI replies/month. Pro ($88/mo): 5 locations, 300 replies/month, auto-publish, Facebook. Agency ($188/mo): unlimited locations, unlimited replies, all platforms, 5 users.
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Replily automatically sends an email alert to your registered email address when a 1 or 2-star review is received. The email includes the reviewer name, rating, and review text so you can respond quickly.
Pro and Agency plan users receive a weekly email digest every Monday summarising review activity: total reviews received, average rating, response rate, and any pending replies.
Go to Dashboard → Connect Google and click "Sync Now". If reviews still do not appear, disconnect and reconnect your Google account. Make sure the Google account you connected is the one that owns your Google Business Profile.
This usually happens if your Google OAuth token has expired. Go to Connect Google, disconnect, and reconnect your Google account to refresh the token. Then try publishing again.
If you manage multiple Google Business locations and the wrong one is showing, contact support at support@cvidsproductions.net to adjust your location settings.
